"Freeze!" was the caption below the man's profile picture of himself drawing a pistol in uniform on the Friendster. The STOMPer who stumbled upon his profile believes that he could be a CISCO officer, or impersonating as one.
"The crest on his collar suggests that he is a CISCO Auxiliary Police officer," said the STOMPer.
"I'm not trying to be a busybody but the picture is portraying the idea that the service revolver can be drawn at anytime for any purpose. Better discipline should be imposed," he continued.
