STOMPer Berlinda saw this racy photos while viewing some popular member profiles on Friendster and wonders what would happen if children were to see them on Friendster.
"This is totally inappropriate content for children. In addition it is meant for public viewing," she said in an email to STOMP yesterday (Mar 29).
"Imagine by chance, a 11-year-old kid who is one of the members in Friendster saw this picture. Then all those polices and measures that the government is taking to prevent children from being exposed to adult content will all go to waste," added the STOMPer.
According to her, this is just the tip of the iceberg, as there are more 'adult content' in Friendster, which is unsuitable for posting on a public social-networking website.
"What will become of Friendster two or three years down the road? A free access porn website for children?" she wonders.
