Couple making love outdoors: Not just Bt Timah Hill but in China forest too

After reading reading the story on the naked couple making love at Bukit Timah Hill, STOMPer Stefanie did her own research and found out that a couple in China shares the same passion for the outdoors as well.

She said:

"I was appalled to read the story about the naked couple at Bukit Timah Hill.

"I did some search online and found that such things also happen in China.

"What is happening to the society?

"Is it because of too much influence from the West?"

Wah lau! Couple locks lips in hot kiss in public during peak hour

STOMPer June was so shocked to see this couple kissing openly during the peak lunch hour.

She was so shocked that she exclaimed "wah lau" several times while taking a video of the couple kissing.

She said:

"The lunch hour crowd swept in, but this couple was lost in their own world."

Shameless couple engages in intimate behaviour in Bukit Timah condo pool

STOMPer Jason was appalled when he saw this couple behaving intimately in a Bukit Timah condo pool, and says that such acts should not be done in public.

In an email to STOMP yesterday (Mar 29), the STOMPer said:

“These pictures were taken at the swimming pool of a condominium in Bukit Timah on Mar 27 at around noon time.

“The couple seems to be enjoying their day time making out in the pool. They thought that everyone would be busy at work or school, and that no one would be around to catch them in the act.

“Well...you should think again before you do such things in a public area.

“And some advice, try to do it away from the CCTV.”

Couple behaves intimately while sharing condo pool with children

STOMPer Watchman saw this couple behaving intimately, while sharing the same pool with some children at a condominium in the northern part of Singapore at about 5pm yesterday (Mar 22).

He said:

"This Caucasian couple was spotted in heartland condo behaving a bit too intimately for this resident.

"They were behaving more intimately before I decided to capture them on film.

"The girl was sitting on the guy, for instance.

"And the guy was touching the girl intimately below the waist.

"Such behaviour can be considered generally acceptable, but this was happening on a Sunday afternoon, in a heartland condo, with children in the same pool within viewing distance.

"There were a number of kids in the pool too.

"Maybe I'm a prude, but they could have shown a bit more restraint."

Couple go naked and make love at Bukit Timah Hill in broad daylight

SOME people literally go au naturel and do what comes naturally when they are in the presence of Mother Nature, says STOMPer Prometheus.

He was referring to photos he received via email purportedly showing what a couple did when they did a walkabout at Bukit Timah Hill. Not only did they treat the nature reserve like a nudist colony by going in the buff, they also made passionate love there, in broad daylight.

Prometheus says he can't verify other details but points out that the photos look authentic. The couple is a Chinese couple who looks "local", although they could be Malaysian too, he says.

Who took the photos is another issue, Prometheus adds. It could be the work of a nature photography buff who had humans instead of birds and insects in the focus of his lens. Or he could well be a voyeur.

Pictures unbecoming of a beauty queen

SUGGESTIVE pictures of Miss Singapore Universe Rachel Kum have surfaced on the Internet and sparked calls for her to be stripped of her title.

FLAMED AGAIN: Miss Kum was dogged by whispers during the Miss Universe pageant that she skipped the preliminary auditions and only came in midway through the competition to win the crown. ST FILE PICTURE

The photos posted on The Straits Times interactive website Stomp on Tuesday show her posing with a blown-up sex doll, a birthday cake with a phallic symbol and a friend dressed in a phallic-looking costume.

It seems the pictures were taken off a blog.

The Stomp article said: 'There was no timestamp on the photos or on the blog in which her photos were found, so it is unclear whether the photos were taken before or after she was crowned Miss Singapore Universe.'

The 24-year-old brand manager won the coveted title two months ago. She also won the Miss Body Beautiful and Miss Personality titles.

Some netizens feel the pictures are unbecoming of a beauty queen representing Singapore and that she should be stripped of her title.

But the pageant organiser has no intention of doing so.

Mr Daryl Pang, one of the directors of Derrol Stepenny, which organises the pageant, said: 'It's no big deal, they were just photos taken during some parties people threw for her.'

The New Paper couldn't contact Rachel, whom Mr Pang said is overseas on a modelling assignment, but he said he was aware of the pictures since a month ago.

Rachel had seen the pictures online and spoken to him about them, he said.

'Rachel was upset about the photos. Anyone will get mad. But she wasn't worried of being stripped of her title.'

He said the pictures were 'definitely not taken this year'.

Rachel told him the picture of the cake was taken at her birthday party while the other two were taken during Halloween, he said.

The two Halloween pictures showed Rachel in different clothes, and Mr Pang couldn't verify if they were shot on the same occasion.

A video posted in 2006 on YouTube, titled 'My surprise bday party in seattle, USA', features the same cake as in one of the photos.

Someone in the background was heard saying: 'Make a wish, and blow, Rachel.'

In the video, there was a second cake with the words, 'Happy 21st Birthday Rachel'.

Two-third of the 68 comments left on Stomp by last night were critical of Rachel, who was also a finalist in The New Paper New Face contest in 2007.

Stormzer wrote: 'So this is the standard of gals that singapore wanna send out to represent our country?? Wat a laughing stock!'

rich.girl wrote: 'she look like Miss AV (adult video actress) than Miss Singapore.'

Support from some

But some posted messages in support, including Fuzakeru, who wrote: 'If you wish to superimpose your moral values on others, you are a bigot and also would inevitably decrease the pool Singapore can choose from.'

Mr Pang said the pictures would not affect Rachel's chances of representing Singapore in the Miss Universe pageant in the Bahamas next month.

'No, everything will carry on as per planned. She didn't commit any crime,' he said.

'Of course, we wouldn't want a case of Edison Chen, but for Rachel, there wasn't any nudity, she didn't expose herself, and she didn't murder anyone. So why should she be penalised?'

Mr Pang was referring to the sex photos of Edison Chen and several Hong Kong female starlets which were circulated online early last year.

He added that his stand would not change even if more criticisms of Rachel surface online.

Mr Pang said the organiser does pay attention to public opinion, but in this case, he feels that Singaporeans should do their best to encourage their pageant representative.

'Why make her feel so down? If we sadden her, that will only reduce her confidence, and affect her chances of winning.'

Does Mr Pang think Rachel's title hopes will be affected?

No, he said, as the judges are not 'shallow-minded'.

He added: 'Moreover, these pictures are taken way before she was crowned.

'And even if they were shot after she received her title, I still don't find that an issue.'

Mr Pang feels those offended by the pictures are 'just square-headed' and 'probably don't attend parties'.

He also suspects that the photos may have been circulated maliciously.

'Some people may look upon Rachel as their role model, while some may see her as their enemy,' said Mr Pang.

These photos aren't Rachel's first brush with controversy.

This year's Miss Singapore Universe pageant was abuzz with talk of how she had allegedly skipped the preliminary audition rounds and compulsory activities, and was brought in midway to win the crown.

Mr Pang has always denied this.

No big deal

Ms Jaime Teo, 32, who won Miss Singapore Universe in 2001, told The New Paper over the phone that she hasn't seen the photos.

In any case, she feels 'it's not a problem at all'.

'People should loosen up. The society shouldn't see Miss Universe as a saint or angel. A beauty queen carries a good cause, but she still can have fun with friends,' she said.

But unlike Mr Pang, she believes Rachel's shot at the title may be affected if 'the matter blows up too much'.

'We are in a world where people's opinions matter.'

But she added: 'This may be a double-edged sword. Rachel may catch the judges' attention because of this.'

Ms Teo advises Rachel to 'do nothing' and just ride out the controversy.

Ms Sandy Chua, 24, a homemaker who won Miss Singapore Universe 2004, said: 'I think they (the netizens) are being too harsh. We should give our winners our support. After all, they are representing Singapore.'

OTHER BEAUTIES HIT BY SCANDALS

Miss California USA 2009 Carrie Prejean was criticised for her comments about same-sex marriages. Racy photos of her also appeared on websites. Although organisers initially said she could keep her title, she lost it last month because of 'contract violations'.

Vanessa Williams (of TV dramedy Ugly Betty) made history as the first African-American to be crowned Miss America in 1983. But she handed back her crown when nude pictures of her were published. The actress has won Grammy, Emmy and Tony nominations.

Miss Great Britain 2006 Danielle Lloyd was stripped of her title after confessing that she was involved with footballer Teddy Sheringham, one of the judges during the competition.

Miss Australia 2006 Erin McNaught was renamed McNaughty at Miss Universe 2006 after it was discovered she had appeared topless in a magazine in 2004. The photos were reportedly not too explicit, so she was allowed to continue competing.

How come S'pore celebs not as scandalous as those in Philippines?

Compared to celebs in the Philippines, Singapore ones are tame. And thank God for that, says STOMPer Jacob, who received emails containing leaked sex videos and explicit photos involving well-known Filipino personalities.

His friends have all received it and they are naturally struck by the contrast between the behaviours of Filipino and Singaporean celebs and high society personalities.

"Compared to the Filipinos, our celebs are not involved in scandals of the same magnitude that has hit the Philippines," says Jacob. "They are better behaved and adopt low-profiles when it comes to their public lives."

“One reason”, he says, “is because our culture is more conservative than that in the Philippines. The value-system is quite different”, he points out.

One of the Filipino scandal involves beauty doctor Dr Hayden Kho and three starlets: actress Katrina Halili, Dr Maricar Reyes, as well as an unidentified woman rumoured to be a Brazillian model.

Another series of pictures and videos are those of model/actress Maui Taylor and her beau Brian Revilla, apparently the son of a Filipino politician.

Dr Hayden Kho, 28, has gained notoriety after being caught by his ex-girlfriend 53-year-old Dr Vicki Belo with sex videos of three starlets on his notebook, one of them being Katrina Halili, an actress with a voluptuous figure.

He also made similar videos with Maricar Reyes, a model and actress as well as practising doctor.

S'pore pervert preys on girls with lewd messages online

A STOMPer came across posting in an online forum, warning girls to beware of a man who apparently harrasses girls by sending them lewd messages online.

Within the thread, there was a screenshot of an online conversation between the man and a girl.

It seemed that he had asked the girl if she was going out, and when the girl replied that she was not, he asked her, "Do you feel like (got) the urge to be notti?"

The thread also mentioned that the man, who has a girlfriend, has also been harrassing other girls with messages of a similar nature.

China couple kiss non-stop and get touchy-feely on bus

According to STOMPer Kevin, this China couple was already kissing at the bus-stop. They continued kissing on the bus, and the man was touching the woman in an intimate way.
In Kevin's email:
"I saw this China couple on the bench at the Hong Leong Garden bus stop. The lady was sitting on top of the guy and they were kissing.

"When the bus arrive, they got onto the same bus as I did.

"The guy started to kiss the woman and even placed his hand beside her breast, stroking up and down.

"It was unpleasant to see such behavior on the bus. What if there were children on the bus?"

Let's have a tight hug, honey...but, meanwhile, our shopping bag can occupy a seat

STOMPer BotakTing saw this young couple hugging and kissing each other in the bus, even though they were aware he was sitting at the other end of the backseat with them.

He said:

"One evening on bus 24...they came, their shoppings bags went onto the empty back seat and they were locked in an embrace.

"They looked like they were still in secondary school.

"I was sitting at the other end of the back seat with them, and they didn't even care that I was able to see what they were doing.

"Not only that, they even placed their shopping bag on the empty seat, depriving others of a place to seat."

Man splashes urine on 'noisy' flat

A man splashed urine at his neighbour's flat and was caught on security camera doing so.

ANGRY that his neighbour was making too much noise, a man splashed urine at the neighbour's Bukit Batok flat and was caught on security camera doing so.

Stomper T, who said the man had done it several times to his flat, said: "He is the neighbour below my unit and he had complained that we made a lot of noise and called the police.

"Now he is resorting to this. There is hardly any noise during the day and yet he cannot take it."

Another S'pore girl puts nude pics online...taken in HDB staircase

A STOMPer came across nude photos of a Singapore girl on a foreign website, apparently taken at an HDB staircase.

He said:

"I found another girl posing nude in our common HDB corridor and posting it on the Internet.

"I feel really ashamed on such acts by our youths."

According to him, the the photos are posted on a foreign website.

Although the website itself does not mention where the photos were taken, the comments from viewers seem to indicate that the photos were taken at an HDB staircase.

One viewer commented in Chinese : "Singapore...old HDB...how audacious!"

Another said: "That's right, it is definitely taken at an HDB block."

Is this an emerging trend we are seeing of Singapore girls posting nude photos of themselves online?

As recently as yesterday (November 9), STOMP received an email about another Singapore girl who has posted a nude photo of herself on the popular social networking website Friendster.

S'pore girl posts her naked photo on Friendster

A STOMPer came across a profile of a girl on Friendster, in which she posted a naked photo of herself.

Says the STOMPer in an email to STOMP:

"Last night I saw these photos on the Friendster website.

"It belonged to a very open-minded 21 year old girl.

"I wonder is it against the law if we upload our naked photo on our own Friendster webpage for people to see.

"I really wonder how come nowadays young girls are so open-minded until they are willing to do these things.

"What are they trying to show, and what is their way of thinking?"

"What if kids see these photos on Friendster?"

STOMPer Berlinda saw this racy photos while viewing some popular member profiles on Friendster and wonders what would happen if children were to see them on Friendster.

"This is totally inappropriate content for children. In addition it is meant for public viewing," she said in an email to STOMP yesterday (Mar 29).

"Imagine by chance, a 11-year-old kid who is one of the members in Friendster saw this picture. Then all those polices and measures that the government is taking to prevent children from being exposed to adult content will all go to waste," added the STOMPer.

According to her, this is just the tip of the iceberg, as there are more 'adult content' in Friendster, which is unsuitable for posting on a public social-networking website.

"What will become of Friendster two or three years down the road? A free access porn website for children?" she wonders.

Are such pictures allowed on Friendster?

STOMPer enzhao was bothered by these pictures when the STOMPer was browsing the profile of a friend's friend on social network, Friendster. The STOMPer hopes the admins of Friendster will do something about it.
In the STOMPer's email:
"I was browsing through one of my friend's friend friendster profile when I saw this person posted such an image in his photo album.
"I wonder if friendster allows such kind of image to be displayed.

"Although some people may think it's ok, but others like myself may not find it enjoyable.

"I wonder if Friendster know about it. Why don't they do something about it?"

'There are some really sick people out there'

Mother whose young daughter's pictures get posted on lewd website says photos were taken without permission

SHE hit the roof when she saw her young daughter's pictures on the SG Sexy Preteens website, accompanied by sexually-suggestive captions written by the man who had set it up.

The pictures, she said, had been taken without permission from her daughter's website.

The pictures, which were taken several years ago, showed her daughter playing outdoors, and performing a gymnastics routine.

The girl is now 15.

The New Paper on Sunday had alerted the woman to the site.

But we are not naming her to protect her daughter's identity.

Said the woman: 'The pictures were on an inappropriate website, and were taken without our authorisation.

'There were also pictures of other children - it tells you that there are some really sick people out there.'

When she realised her daughter's pictures were on the man's website, the woman made a police report.

She added that she has not told her daughter that her pictures had been reproduced on the lewd website.

'My husband and I haven't decided if we are going to tell her yet,' she said.

She told The New Paper on Sunday that she had heard of online predators who preyed on young children, but never expected one to hit so close to home.

She said: 'We are usually very careful about what we put on the Internet, and we monitor our children's online activities closely.'

She added that when her daughter's website was set up, the family was careful to pick pictures that were 'safe' to post online.

'Our children access the Internet regularly, but they don't have Facebook accounts,' she said.

Need for vigilance

This incident, she said, has made her see the need to be more vigilant about monitoring her children's online activities.

She said: 'My daughter's school reacted really well - they have told their students to be more discerning about the kind of pictures they post online, and who they invite into their Facebook accounts.'

And she hopes the owner of the lewd website will be brought to justice.

She said: 'The website looked like it took a considerable amount of effort to start up, and there's obviously a community of people who are into this sort of thing.

'I hope that not only the site owner is caught, but also those who regularly access the site.'

You can't police Internet, so self-regulation a must

YOUNG netizens and their parents listen up: Online predators are around and will always be.

So netizens, beware.

Mr Aloysius Cheang, president of SIG2, the leading local IT security professionals body here, stressed the importance of public education for parents to stay up-to-date on new methods of online interaction.

'The main channel (for such interaction) used to be Internet Relay Chat (IRC), and even telephone chatlines, but now there are sites like Facebook,' he said.

To Mr Cheang, the idea of forming a body dedicated to policing the Internet is impractical.

'There are just too many of such questionable people around. It is impossible to monitor all of them,' he explained.

As such, he thinks that there really isn't much that can be done, except for netizens to be self-policing.

He said: 'The Internet is more about self-regulation - we have to rely on individuals who have a sense of righteousness, who are willing to report questionable websites to the authorities.'

Ms Cassandra Tay, director of Communications, Community and International Relations of the Media Development Authority (MDA), said the authorities focus on public education on safe Internet use, rather than on policing online activities.

She said MDA has been working with the Internet and Media Advisory Committee (INMAC), a council which examines issues related to media literacy and online safety, to help Singaporeans surf the Internet safely.

She added that MDA has various projects which aim to promote cyber-wellness - or online safety - among netizens.

Some of MDA's public education efforts include projects such as TV programmes and events on online safety.

Also in the pipeline is a cyber gaming festival later this year.
